What will happen next...
- We will ship the product(s) or replacement part(s) within 1-3 business days by standard ground shipping.
- We may request additional info (e.g. photos) in order to process your case.
- We may email you the tracking info if you provided your email address on the form.
- If you request "return for exchange", we may email you a UPS return label to ship the product(s) back to us, or may ask you to donate the product(s) to your local animal shelter or rescue group, depending on the case.
- If you request "return for refund", we will email you a UPS return label to ship the product(s) back to us. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund amount to credit back to your account.
- Products must return within 30 days upon you receive the UPS return label. The return label will expire after 30 days.

What items are returnable?
- Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment
- In acceptable/re-sellable condition
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts, heavily used or damaged items
Are there any fees for return/exchange?
- There is no restocking fee for returned products that are new, re-saleable or undamaged
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- We may pay for return and/or exchange shipping charges based on your case (for USA customers in 48 contiguous states only)
- We may not pay for return shipping charges for accessories under $20
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will usually notify you in 3-5 business days.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment usually within 5-10 business days.
